We are not responsible for payments that cannot be verified. If your payment cannot be verified within 3-5 business days, your HBA order will be cancelled, and a refund will be automatically issued.

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) for the processing of your order and the receipt of your online access. All intellectual property, including ebooks, curricula, programs, memberships, forms, and guides, is copyright-protected. Exercise caution when downloading items and refrain from sharing content with individuals who have not made a purchase. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

Mentorship Duration:
The HBA Mentorship Program spans three months and includes 12 one-on-one calls with your designated mentor. The program covers everything you need to kickstart and navigate your hair business successfully.
Scheduling Mentorship Calls:
Coordinate with your mentor to schedule personalized calls at mutually agreed-upon times during the mentorship period.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests made within the first two weeks of the mentorship program may be eligible for a partial refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Intellectual Property Protection:
All mentorship materials, discussions, and resources are confidential and for your personal use only. Reproduction or sharing of mentorship content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Feedback and Adjustments:
Your feedback during the mentorship program is valuable. If adjustments to the mentorship plan are needed, communicate openly with your mentor to ensure a personalized and effective experience.
Commitment to Success:
Your commitment and active participation are crucial for the success of the mentorship program. Engage fully in the learning process, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly with your mentor.
Post-Mentorship Access:
Following the mentorship program, you will maintain access to HBA resources and community for continued networking and support.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes, both parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve disagreements through open communication and negotiation.
